1. Processing Time

• Pre-order Items: We operate on a monthly order cut-off system. Orders are typically processed and shipped 2–3 weeks after the nearest cut-off date.

• Cut-off Dates: Monthly cut-off dates are displayed in the announcement bar at the top of our website.

• Potential Delays: Please note that processing times may be extended during public holidays or due to unforeseen delays from our Korean suppliers.

• Combined Orders: If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will be shipped together once the pre-order items are ready. We do not offer split-shipping.

 

2. Shipping Options & Rates

• Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $199 CAD (before tax) within Canada.

• Standard Shipping: A flat rate of $32 CAD applies to orders under $199 CAD.

• Local Pickup (Free): Available at designated locations in Downtown Toronto, North York, Markham, and Richmond Hill.

3. Delivery Estimates

• Canada: 3–7 business days after the order has been dispatched.

• International: 10–20 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.

 

4. Delays & Liability

• Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, courier issues, or customs clearance.

• K.Daily is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. K.Daily is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Please double-check your details before finalizing your purchase.
