Pre-order Items: We operate on a monthly order cut-off system. Orders are typically processed and shipped 2–3 weeks after the nearest cut-off date. Cut-off Dates: Monthly cut-off dates are displayed in the announcement bar at the top of our website. Potential Delays: Please note that processing times may be extended during public holidays or due to unforeseen delays from our Korean suppliers. Combined Orders: If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will be shipped together once the pre-order items are ready. We do not offer split-shipping.

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details. We will review the case and arrange a replacement or store credit if applicable.

At K.Daily, all items are specially ordered from Korea based on customer requests. Because of this, we do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.
