At K.Daily, all items are specially ordered from Korea based on customer requests. Because of this, we do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

2. Defective or Wrong Item

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details.

We will review the case and arrange a replacement or store credit if applicable.

Since all items are imported directly from Korea, every item is considered final sale, including:
